24 HOUR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Our goal at Oronoque Animal Hospital is to provide quality and individualized medical care in a timely manner. We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable. Advance notice allows us to fulfill other patients’ scheduling needs and keeps the hospital operating at an efficient level. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, and late arrivals compromise service to our patients and put additional stress on hospital staff.

Our cancellation policy has been put in place out of respect for our staff and clients.

Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in the following fees:

1st time: no charge
2nd time: $83.00 rescheduling fee
3rd time: $83.00 non-refundable rescheduling fee
4th time: may result in dismissal from our practice

These fees are to be paid at the time of rescheduling.

Surgical Appointments and Ultrasounds:

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking any surgical procedure. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the procedure.
If the procedure is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
