24 HOUR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Our goal at Oronoque Animal Hospital is to provide quality and individualized medical care in a timely manner. We realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable. Advance notice allows us to fulfill other patients’ scheduling needs and keeps the hospital operating at an efficient level. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, and late arrivals compromise service to our patients and put additional stress on hospital staff.
Our cancellation policy has been put in place out of respect for our staff and clients.
- Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit for new clients, or an $83 rescheduling fee for existing clients.
- Failure to cancel a surgery or procedure at least 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from the practice.
These fees are to be paid at the time of rescheduling.
